Health care in the United States is undergoing one of the most significant reformations that we have ever seen. The onset of the Affordable Care Act is catapulting organizations into unprecedented challenges and change.  Cost pressure, decreasing reimbursement rates, expectations of delivering value, high cost specialties with limited margins, regulatory requirements and health system consolidations have all challenged today's health care leader's ability to navigate systems and processes.
