"Act your way into a new way of thinking instead of thinking your way into a new way of acting."  I recently attended an event where the speaker highlighted this statement.  It came from The Power of Positive Deviance: How Unlikely Innovators Solve the World's Toughest Problems  by Richard Pascale, Jerry Sternin, Monique Sternin.

Many of our leaders today I believe are leading by "Act your way into a new way of thinking instead of thinking your way into a new way of acting."   We are going places we have never been and if we wait for the right answer to come to our minds it may be too late.  Our leaders are trying new ways of delivering care throughout their organizations.
