Message from the
President & CEO
In 2005, when I left my corporate career to start my own business, the driving force was my intense desire to have a greater impact and affect more lives. I did not have the next “great idea” or a grand business plan, at first. I did not know how, where, when or even if I would have a greater impact and affect more lives; I only had a simple dream to make a difference.
Seven years later, after creating an organization that has helped scores of health care organizations deliver quality patient care by providing experienced health care leaders in a flexible manner; I have realized my dream. Little did I know that the impact and lives I would affect would be on another continent also.
With profound personal satisfaction, I am honored to introduce Experienced Resources’ affiliation with Global Health Administration Partners (GHAP).
A recent Harvard Business Review article entitled, “The Rise of the Executive Super Temp,” reinforces Experienced Resources’ strategy of recruiting high level health care leaders to serve in interim or project roles. The concept of Super Temps resonates with our health care clients and once again, Experienced Resources is ahead of the curve demonstrating its leadership in the Minnesota health care industry. > Read More
Fulfilling Lives and Making a Difference
Experienced Resources and Global Health Administration Partners (GHAP)
When Mary Christensen and Damian Martin founded Experienced Resources, it was based on the premise that society tends to dismiss the wisdom and experience acquired over the life and career of individuals when they reach retirement age. When Cindy Wilke founded Global Health Administration Partners (GHAP) in 2007, she was transitioning from a 30-year career in health care. Through GHAP, critical medical supplies and hospital administration expertise are delivered to medically underserved areas of the world, with Experienced Resources providing health care talent matching services for selected trips. There is a strong connection between the mission and vision of the two organizations and the underlying themes of fulfilling lives and making a difference. > Read More

Fulfilling Lives by Making a Difference in Africa
Global Health Administration Partners (GHAP) Supports a Hospital in Ethiopia
Experience the firsthand account from Experienced Resource’s employee, Ron Ommen, of his recent trip with GHAP to a remote village called Garar Tu'ira (Aria) in Ethiopia. Ron described his experience as “life changing,” and plans to return to Ethiopia to continue his work with GHAP. “I chose the opportunity in Ethiopia to make an impact and help change lives,” Ron said. “What ended up happening is that my life has been enriched, changed, and fulfilled in a way I didn’t think was possible.” > Read More
