Client needed a leader with the expertise to develop an efficiently staffed and managed Patient Financial Services department. The job required integrating and streamlining financial functions within the organization while reducing duplication between clinics and hospital.

The job further required the capacity to create policies; educate and train on EPIC systems; educate and train leaders on Graph Package; coach, mentor, and cross train within the Patient Financial Services department.
