Experienced Resources is a proud partner of Global Health Administration Partners

In 2012, Global Health Administration Partners (GHAP) and Experienced Resources recognized an immediate cultural connection between the two organizations with an underlying theme of “fulfilling lives” and “making a difference.”  GHAP is nonprofit organization who partners with faith-based health systems in underdeveloped countries to enhance administration and management practices.  GHAP was founded to stop death and suffering attributable to inadequate administration in mission hospitals.  GHAP is actively working in 16 hospitals and 79 clinics in 5 countries across the world.  These health systems provide care to over 30 million people.

Through our database of experienced health care leaders and unique talent matching process, Experienced Resources provides pro bono support to GHAP to assist in finding the right talent to engage as a GHAP consultant.    The collective effort of the two organizations enables GHAP to attract, assess, and match the right volunteer talent to GHAP’s critical work in underdeveloped countries.

How Can You Give Back?

Expertise & Time

As an experienced health care administrator, you have an opportunity to serve as a volunteer GHAP consultant.  Assistance is needed in such areas as governance, leadership and leadership development, strategic planning, operational efficiency, financial management, human resource management and materials management.   The on-site assignments typically range from 2-4 weeks over a 6-12 month period.  GHAP provides culture-specific training prior to each assignment.

Financial Support

GHAP is also in need of ongoing financial support.  Financial supporters provide funds to implement specific recommendations, for subsidizing travel expenses to the client organization, and for overall GHAP operations.

If you are interested in learning more, please contact Cindy Wilke at cindywilke@ghm.org.   Based on your interest and GHAP needs, you will then be connected with Experienced Resources to begin the assessment process.
